Og den er absolut n\u00f8dvendig, n\u00e5r man skal implementere nye systemer og arbejdsgange.<br><br>Efter en afsluttet opgave, har jeg samlet nogle pointer, som g\u00e5r igen, n\u00e5r jeg r\u00e5dgiver og arbejder med forandringsledelse og kommunikation.<br><br><strong>Forankring hos ledelsen<\/strong> \u2013 Uanset hvad der skal forandres, om det er en ny strategi, en organisationsforandring eller implementering af et nyt system, s\u00e5 er det alfa omega, at forandringerne er forankret hos b\u00e5de ledere og mellemledere. De skal agere som ambassad\u00f8rer, for uden deres opbakning bliver det rigtig sv\u00e6rt at skabe opbakning og forankring hos medarbejderne.<br><br><strong>En strategisk kommunikationsplan<\/strong> \u2013 Den skal v\u00e6re forankret i forandringernes WHY, hvad skal forandres, hvorfor, hvordan og hvorn\u00e5r. Og s\u00e5 skal den skabe et overblik over forandringernes talspersoner, stakeholdere og m\u00e5lgrupper, n\u00f8glebudskaber og evt. proof point undervejs. Kommunikationsplanen skal indeholde alle kommunikationsaktiviteter igennem forandringernes faser &#8211;  fra ledelseskommunikation til intern SoMe, plakater mv., og evt. ekstern kommunikation.<br><br><strong>Kend dit budskab og g\u00f8r det til din egen fort\u00e6lling<\/strong> \u2013 Det skaber tillid, motiverer og viser lederskab, n\u00e5r man kan kommunikerer forandringerne, som om man \u2019ejer\u2019 dem og kan versionere budskaberne til at v\u00e6re relevante for den enkelte medarbejder.<br><br><strong>Lyt og v\u00e6r n\u00e6rv\u00e6rende<\/strong> \u2013 Det g\u00e6lder b\u00e5de ledere og kommunikationsmedarbejderne. Det er vigtigt at lytte og forst\u00e5, hvad der fylder hos medarbejderne, og l\u00f8bende tilpasse planer og kommunikation, s\u00e5 de f\u00f8ler sig involveret.
