At du kommunikerer det rigtige \u2013 til de rigtige \u2013 p\u00e5 de rigtige steder \u2013 og p\u00e5 rette tid. Alts\u00e5 at du bruger din tid optimalt og ikke famler i blinde.

Den kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re et effektivt hj\u00e6lpemiddel til at n\u00e5 dine forretningsm\u00e5l og opbygge tillid og trov\u00e6rdighed omkring din virksomhed.

Hvad skal en kommunikationsstrategi indeholde?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


F\u00f8rst og fremmest skal den s\u00e6tte tydelige og specifikke m\u00e5l for din kommunikation, s\u00e5 du dels sikrer, at den bakker op omkring dine overordnede forretningsm\u00e5l og dels kan f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5, om du opn\u00e5r den \u00f8nskede effekt.

Dern\u00e6st skal den:
Beskrive dine m\u00e5lgrupper<\/strong> \u2013 hvem kommunikerer du til? Beskriv deres karakteristika s\u00e5 godt som muligt, evt. med nogle personaer.

Formulere dine budskaber<\/strong> \u2013 Hvad er dine vigtigste hovedbudskaber? Prioriter, v\u00e6r tydelig og husk din m\u00e5lgruppe har ikke samme baggrundsviden som dig.

Definere dit kanallandskab<\/strong> \u2013 I hvilke kanaler og medier n\u00e5r du dine m\u00e5lgrupper? Tr\u00e6f nogle bevidste valg og v\u00e6r realistisk, det er bedre at have succes p\u00e5 to kanaler end at v\u00e6re halvhjertet p\u00e5 fem.

Skitsere din kunderejse<\/strong> \u2013 Hvordan ser dine kunders k\u00f8bsbeslutning ud? V\u00e6r bevidst om hvor i salgstragten din m\u00e5lgruppe er, n\u00e5r du kommunikerer til dem.
