Som forbruger, medarbejder eller samarbejdspartner har vi i stigende grad fokus p\u00e5 b\u00e6redygtighed i de valg vi tr\u00e6ffer. Samtidig m\u00f8der jeg ofte virksomheder, der ikke t\u00f8r fort\u00e6lle om deres arbejde med b\u00e6redygtighed, fordi de synes det er sv\u00e6rt og er bange for at virke utrov\u00e6rdige.

Det betyder, at de misser muligheder for fx at opbygge tillid til deres brand og styrke deres position p\u00e5 markedet, tiltr\u00e6kke nye kunder, indg\u00e5 v\u00e6rdifulde samarbejder og rekruttere nye medarbejdere.

Derfor minder jeg ofte om, at det er en omstilling de er i gang med \u2013 og i en omstilling er der ingen der forventer, at man har styr p\u00e5 det hele fra dag \u00e9t. S\u00e5 hvad enten det er om gr\u00f8n omstilling, strategi, en produktlancering eller noget helt fjerde I skal kommunikere om, er det vigtigt at:

– V\u00e6re \u00e5ben, \u00e6rlig og transparent<\/strong>, og vove jer ud i at fort\u00e6lle om b\u00e5de potentialer og udfordringer i den rejse I st\u00e5r over for eller er i gang med \u2013 om ambitionerne, skridtene p\u00e5 vejen og resultaterne, og husk b\u00e5de succeserne og fejlene som I l\u00e6rer af.

– V\u00e6re konkret og fokusere p\u00e5 reelle resultater <\/strong>\u2013 og husk at de skal kunne dokumenteres, s\u00e5 I ikke utilsigtet kommer til at vildlede forbrugerne.

– V\u00e6re relevant, produktn\u00e6r og bruge eksempler<\/strong> \u2013 det er tit nemmere b\u00e5de at kommunikere og forst\u00e5.

– Undg\u00e5 p\u00e5stande og anprisninger<\/strong> \u2013 Ingen produkter kan betegnes som v\u00e6rende b\u00e6redygtige, klimavenlige eller -neutrale, for det er de meget sj\u00e6ldent i hele deres v\u00e6rdik\u00e6de. V\u00e6r obs p\u00e5 at Forbrugerombudsmanden har et sk\u00e6rpet fokus p\u00e5 virksomheders vildledende brug af disse udsagn, men ved at holde sig til de f\u00f8rste tre punkter, s\u00e5 burde det v\u00e6re en nem sag at undg\u00e5.
