I slutningen af oktober brugte jeg et par dage p\u00e5 Building Green DK<\/a> – en kombination af en messe og en konference omkring den gr\u00f8nne omstilling i byggeriet.

En omstilling vi er n\u00f8dt til at tage alvorligt og handle p\u00e5. Faktisk er det ikke l\u00e6ngere nok, at vi bygger gr\u00f8nnere. Vi har brug for en opbremsning og en reducering af vores forbrug. Vi skal bygge mindre – eller rettere, vi burde stoppe med at bygge nyt og udelukkende renovere de m2 der allerede findes.

Nogle af de noter, som jeg tog med til mine kunder i byggebranchen, er:<\/strong>
– Det kr\u00e6ver mod og risikovillighed at renovere og bygge om fremfor at bygge nyt. Det kr\u00e6ver det ogs\u00e5 at genbruge, upcycle eller bygge biobaseret. Men omstillingen er n\u00f8dvendig, s\u00e5 g\u00e5 foran, der er stadig et vindue, hvor det kan v\u00e6re en konkurrencefordel.

– Jeg er klar over, at det kan kr\u00e6ve mere i starten, men jeg tror p\u00e5, at det vil skabe en st\u00e6rkere position i markedet. Til geng\u00e6ld f\u00e5r I et mere interessant arbejde med mere kreative og sp\u00e6ndende projekter og opgaver.

– T\u00e6nk langsigtet og holistisk, planeten t\u00e5ler ikke l\u00e6ngere, at vi kun t\u00e6nker p\u00e5 pris og egne interesser.

– Invester i de ‘nye’ (unge) i branchen. Skab tryghed for dem, s\u00e5 de kan udvikle og udfolde sig – det er godt for din forretning p\u00e5 den lange bane.

– Invester ogs\u00e5 i efteruddannelse og opkvalificering, s\u00e5 I kan f\u00f8lge med udviklingen og holde jer konkurrencedygtige – ogs\u00e5 som en attraktiv arbejdsplads.

– N\u00e5r du st\u00e5r med dit n\u00e6ste renoveringsprojekt (eller bygge projekt, hvis det virkelig er n\u00f8dvendigt), s\u00e5 overvej dine materialer grundigt. T\u00e6nk p\u00e5 planeten og p\u00e5 n\u00e6ste generations levemuligheder. Og hvis ikke det er nok, s\u00e5 t\u00e6nk p\u00e5 det indeklima du skal leve i.

…og n\u00e5r vi skal til at kommunikere om jeres omstilling og fede projekter, s\u00e5 skal det v\u00e6re konkret. P\u00e5stande skal kunne dokumenteres og kommunikationen skal v\u00e6re i et sprog, der stimulerer forbrugerne til f\u00f8lgeskab og omstilling – der er brug for det!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
